The HVAC maintenance technician carries out commissioning as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of low-power heating and domestic hot water production installations. He ensures checks on safety, combustion quality and equipment performance. He works on conventional and renewable energy generators, heat recovery equipment and ventilation systems. As a key player in the ecological transition, he contributes to reducing energy consumption and promoting renewable energies.

📋 Target audience & Prerequisites

Level equivalent to Year 12 (scientific or technical), professional title level 3, or CAP/BEP with 2 years of relevant work experience in: plumbing, refrigeration, heating, electrical or electromechanical trades.

Desired aptitudes: ability to work at height, ingenuity, organised and careful work.

BC04 — Commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance of wood or solar residential installations

Professional portfolio and in-training assessment booklet included. Electrical qualification and refrigerant handling certification included.
